In 2010, the Foundation launched its COMPASS indicator project to provide a broad array of essential measurements relating to the vitality of Park County. Outcomes included providing information to assist with community focus, planning and decision-making, maximizing resources and opportunities throughout the county, increasing collaboration among community members, organizations and agencies; and providing an ongoing evaluation tool to help monitor progress and identify needed action. The initial project reached sunset in mid-2014 but a renewed and expanded project will be launched to highlight the Foundation’s new decade of service.
