Our series began with Part 1, "Creating an Overall Strategy for your Development Program", where Kileen gave us an overview of major gifts fundraising.
The second session on May 15 takes us a step further with a half-day deep dive into donor development. Part 2, "Crafting Donor Strategies and Getting the Most out of your Database," unpacks the fundraising cycle, addresses specific strategies to use during that cycle, and helps you make your database work for you instead of the other way around! Using some of your own donor interactions, Kileen will share how to skillfully leverage your donor database, get “unstuck” with donors you’ve reached a plateau with, and learn to love (or at least like) the development process.
