Jen Gergen, Nonviolent Communications Practice Guide

Join us for this half-day, interactive seminar to improve the quality of your communications with staff, family, and community. Every aspect of life is impacted by our conversations and the way we communicate our feelings, needs, and concerns to others. Come learn one of the most effective, time-tested, and scientifically verified ways to improve how you communicate with others.

PCCF is excited to have Jen Gergen, Nonviolent Communications (NVC) Practice Guide, present the foundational principles of NVC in an engaging, interactive half-day seminar. Jen presents NVC across the nation to groups and organizations, individuals, couples, and families, bringing people together by teaching them the skills to communicate with empathy and compassion. You and your nonprofit colleagues won't want to miss this opportunity to spend a morning together learning the fundamentals of Nonviolent Communications so we can become more effective and productive in the important work we do together in Park County.

Now, more than ever, we need to learn and practice compassionate, meaningful communication with each other (and ourselves!) to heal divisions, promote collaboration, and successfully execute the missions before us. Our organizations depend on it, and more importantly, the families and individuals we serve depend on it.

Make empathy and compassion the cornerstones of your communication style, and watch your effectiveness with staff go up, your relationships with family deepen, and your confidence around difficult conversations soar.

We look forward to seeing you at the Shane Center on March 4 for what could be one of the most impactful mornings we spend together this year.
