The Park County Community Foundation offers free in-person and virtual training opportunities spanning a variety of core competencies relevant to successful nonprofit management. Our goal is to provide area nonprofit leaders and staff with high-quality training and development activities that support them in delivering upon their missions and collaboratively contributing to a healthy, caring community.
We surveyed our local nonprofits to discover what areas of development are most important to them for their continued growth and effectiveness. Based on those survey results, we created the 5-level Strategic Framework below, which informs the Nonprofit ACTion Program goals, objectives, and each monthly event we offer.
