Last month, Ashley shared the fundamentals of organizational assessments. This month, join us for a hands-on, customized workshop on the what, why, and how of applying organizational assessments to your particular organization to improve performance, credibility, and effectiveness.
Ashley and her partner created an interactive, real-time "mini-assessment" especially for our Park County nonprofits. We each get to take the assessment as we go through the class together. This is a great opportunity to get personalized guidance on assessing your organization's performance in several critical areas and to experience the process of taking an assessment. You'll walk out of the training with actionable data - knowing your organization's strengths and opportunities for growth in the all-important Legal Requirements area.
EDs, Operations and Program leaders, and board members are encouraged to attend this session, just in time for Q4 planning and strategy initiatives. Planning for the future is easier when you know where you stand today.
