Developmental Coaching
In this hands-on workshop, participants will strengthen their coaching skills through the exploration of the developmental coaching and mind style models. The session will conclude with an overview of the developmental feedback model to equip attendees with the language to develop others using a long-term, strengths-based perspective.
Attendance at March's Introduction to Coaching is NOT REQUIRED for participation in this seminar, but it is recommended.
Our half-day session begins at 12:00 with a complimentary lunch, networking, and getting settled. Shannon will then bring us a full four hours of training on Developmental Coaching that includes plenty of engaging interaction and hands-on learning. We normally end at 4:00, but this session is full of tools to help you uplevel your staff development results, so we're confident the additional hour will be well worth it. As always, you're welcome to stay for as long as you can and leave when you need to.
